Abstract

Modul bertema dalam Tunjang Estetika dan Kreativiti digunakan sepenuhnya bagi penjanaan kreativiti kanak-kanak dalam pembelajaran seni visual di peringkat prasekolah. Menerusi Kurikulum Pendidikan Prasekolah Kebangsaan di Malaysia, guru sebagai tenaga pengajar memainkan peranan yang penting bagi mengilap bakat dan mendedahkan kanak-kanak berkenaan dengan estetika dan kreativiti. Sekaligus guru menjadi sampel kepada kanak-kanak ketika pembelajaran seni visual di dalam bilik darjah. Walaupun demikian, peranan guru mula dipersoalkan sama ada guru menjana kreativiti kanak-kanak atau menyekat kreativiti kanak-kanak semasa proses pengajaran dan pembelajaran seni visual di peringkat prasekolah.


Kata kunci: kreativiti, modul bertema, pendidikan awal kanak-kanak.


Themes modules in Aesthetics and Creativity Root utilized for the generation of children's creativity in the visual arts learning in preschool. Through the National Curriculum for Preschool Education in Malaysia, teacher as a trainers play an important role in polishing the talent and expose the children to the aesthetics and creativity. However, the role of teachers began to question whether teachers make children's creativity or restrict children's creativity during the process of teaching and learning in pre-school visual arts.
