Abstract

Drama is a means of promoting social justice, the superiority of humanity, social change, equality,  and mental peace by focusing on social culture and life. In this, children's play is always focused on the education of children, intelligence and the corresponding qualities. Moreover, children's drama combines the story with birds and animals living in the environment with dance, song, music, dialogue, etc. and is written in a way that children can easily understand. The children's drama ‘Thappi Vantha Thaadi Aadu’ was written by S. Mounaguru. The plot of this drama is the suffering of a person who does not listen to the words of adults and goes astray, and when faced with this difficult situation, he does not lose heart and acts wisely and plans, and the method of escaping from that danger and living a life of change. It focused on these intelligent things. The beginning, conflict, development, climax, and ending in the drama structure are based on the story line. This story also connects contemporary social and political issues. Living intelligently, sharing, and power can be approached in conjunction with contemporary life. The research problem is to what extent the play of ‘Thappi Vantha Thaadi Aadu’ has been enriched with the intelligence, learning, and social life expressed by children's theatre. The object of the study is to reveal the system given in the play of Vantha Thaadi Aadu for children's social life. The research hypothesis the play ‘Thappi Vantha Thaadi Aadu’ focused on the skills, abilities, intelligence, and wisdom necessary for children's lives. The descriptive research approach has been used in the qualitative design of the research methodology. In this study, the play of ‘Thappi Vantha Thaadi Aadu’ has been used as the primary tool and other related writings as secondary tools. In this study, children's plays are also treated as a model, with the characters of the play, its dialogue, the songs in it, the musical structure, the messages that give wisdom, the author's notes, etc. in the play ‘Thappi Vantha Thaadi Aadu’ being handled as a model
